Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched from Hengelo, the Netherlands. Payments are handled securely by Mollie.

Shipping destinations

We ship to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, United States.

Delivery options

The shopping bag shows the available PostNL, DPD and Mondial Relay options for your destination. Availability depends on country and parcel size. The newly added EU destinations currently offer PostNL only; other carriers have not yet been confirmed. Mondial Relay deliveries use a pickup point where available. Enter the pickup point name, number and full address at checkout. We buy the shipping label manually and check point availability before dispatch. If it is unavailable, we contact you to agree an alternative.

Shipping costs

One envelope rate covers up to 10 items: ties, pocket squares, bow ties and cufflinks may be mixed. The total envelope weight, including packaging, must not exceed 500 g and the envelope must fit the carrier’s letterbox dimensions. The lowest listed rate for your destination is selected by default; you can choose another available carrier. Orders with more than 10 items or exceeding these limits require a separate shipping calculation. A final delivery charge will be shown before you place a paid order.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment has been received. This is the dispatch time; delivery takes additional time. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
