These terms apply to consumer purchases from Secondhand Styling, trading through Secondhand Ties. Our registered details are on the Contact page.

Our collection

We sell pre-owned accessories. Each item is unique and available only once. Please review its photographs, description, material and stated condition. Disclosed wear forms part of the description; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are separate and must be shown before an order is placed. Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Your order is confirmed after payment has been verified.

3 for 2 — mix & match

Ties, pocket squares, bow ties and cufflinks can be mixed in one order. For every three eligible items, the cheapest is free. With six eligible items, the two cheapest are free. Delivery charges are excluded. The shopping bag calculates the offer automatically.

For a partial change-of-mind return for a refund, the offer is recalculated over the eligible items you keep, using their original order prices. The item refund is the original discounted item payment minus the recalculated amount for retained items. See Partial returns under the 3-for-2 offer for the calculation and examples.

For an exchange of one item for another tie agreed personally by email, the 3-for-2 offer remains in place. We pay both the return postage and the postage for the replacement tie. See Voluntary exchanges for how to arrange this.

Complaints and statutory rights

Contact info@secondhandties.com if an item does not meet what you could reasonably expect from its description, price and pre-owned condition. We will arrange a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer protections.
